If you engage Lp Kynetic LLC for accounting, audit, advisory, or other professional services, those services are governed by a separate written Engagement Agreement. Where the Terms conflict with an Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement controls.

14. Engagement Agreements & Billing

If you hire us for professional services, billing, scope, deliverables, deadlines, confidentiality, and responsibilities will be defined in your Engagement Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits may be non‑refundable.
  • Cancellations may incur a fee.
  • Refund eligibility is governed by your engagement terms.
     

    15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for any violation of these Terms, suspicious behavior, or security issues. Sections that should survive termination (liability, dispute resolution, etc.) shall continue to apply.

16. Dispute Resolution

We will attempt to resolve disputes informally.

Arbitration

All disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts of Franklin County / Columbus, Ohio, unless arbitration applies.
